7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. This does not apply to downloads that have already been accessed.

In any case, Fresh Start's total aggregate liability arising from or related to your use of our guides shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the specific guide that is the subject of the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fresh Start and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our guides, your failure to verify information with official government sources, or your submission of any immigration, visa, or residency applications.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
